Bookings
A booking request is a request for service. Your transfer is confirmed once we reply with a fixed-price confirmation. Please provide accurate journey and flight details.
Pricing
Prices are agreed in advance and fixed, unless the journey details change. Additional stops or waiting time beyond what is included may incur extra charges, communicated before they apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge up to a reasonable time before your scheduled pickup. Please notify us as early as possible.
Liability
We operate licensed, insured vehicles and take every care to ensure a safe, punctual service. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
